Stavanger Airport, commonly known simply as Sola, is an international airport located in Rogaland county, Norway. Clarion Hotel Air is situated just 10 minutes’ walk from Stavanger Airport.
From Stavanger Airport by Taxi
Taxis are readily available outside the arrivals terminal. The journey to the Clarion Hotel Air takes approximately 2 minutes and costs around NOK 120–150, depending on the time of day and traffic conditions.
From Stavanger Airport by Bus
Local bus services operate from Stavanger Airport to nearby destinations including Stavanger city centre. Buses depart regularly throughout the day and can be boarded at the designated stop outside the terminal building. Taking bus 42 will drop you directly to the bus stop outside the hotel in 2 minutes.

From the City Centre
By Taxi: A taxi ride from Stavanger city centre to the Clarion Hotel Air takes approximately 20 minutes, depending on traffic, and costs around NOK 450–550. Taxis can be booked in advance or found at designated taxi stands throughout the city.
By Bus: Bus number 42 runs regularly between Stavanger city centre and Sola, stopping directly outside the Clarion Hotel Air. The journey takes around 25–30 minutes. Buses depart from Byterminalen (Stavanger’s main bus terminal). For up-to-date timetables and fares, visit Kolumbus.no.
By Train: The nearest train station is Stavanger Station, located approximately 14 kilometers from the hotel (about 20 minutes by car or taxi). The station offers frequent services to major Norwegian cities.
By Car: Driving from Stavanger city centre to the hotel takes about 20 minutes via E39 and Flyplassvegen. The hotel offers on-site parking, including electric vehicle charging stations.
Parking
Clarion Hotel Air offers convenient on-site parking for both hotel guests and event attendees. The parking area is located directly outside the hotel entrance and includes designated spaces for electric vehicles with charging stations available. Reservations are not needed. Parking costs NOK 210 per day.

The exhibition will take place in the Atrium.
EAGE has engaged Meritex International Ltd as the sole and exclusive freight forwarder and site handling agent. All deliveries and unloading MUST be arranged through them.

This section contains important information for Booth Package and Space Only stands.
Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring that any company engaged in the design or construction of their stand — including their employees, contractors, exhibition staff, temporary workers, or any other relevant third party — complies with all applicable rules and regulations, including current health and safety legislation.
Build up/Breakdown
- EVERYONE IS REQUIRED TO WEAR PPE DURING BUILD UP AND BREAKDOWN. PPE includes: safety boots, high visibility vest, and hard hat.
- Removal of exhibits before Wednesday, 11 March 2026, 17:00 hrs is strictly prohibited.

Maintenance
Access to the exhibition hall is strictly controlled. No one — including exhibitors and contractors — is permitted to enter without a valid registration badge during both setup/maintenance and show days.
Wherever possible, maintenance may only be permitted in the morning between 08:00 and 08:30. No construction or maintenance work is permitted during exhibition opening hours.

Health, Safety and Environment
EAGE requires all exhibitors, contractors, and staff involved in the build-up, show days, and breakdown to comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Everyone must take responsibility for their own safety and the safety of others who may be affected by their work.
For safety reasons, we strongly recommend wearing safety shoes during the build-up and breakdown periods.
In case of emergency:
- Contact the nearest security staff or EAGE team member.
- Use the marked emergency exits to leave the building.
- Always put your own safety first.
- Follow all instructions from emergency personnel.
- Stay calm and prevent panic
First Aid
First aid protocols are in place during the event including during the build-up and breakdown periods. There are 2 defibrillators located int he hotel – one on the first floor and one on the 10th floor.
For First Aid assistance contact the nearest venue staff member or EAGE team member.
When possible, please provide the following information: brief information of what has happened, location of incident, nature of injury or symptoms if known.
Insurance
All exhibitors participate at their own risk. EAGE and Clarion Hotel Air accept no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to property, equipment, or personal belongings belonging to exhibitors, contractors, or their staff.
Exhibitors are fully responsible for the security of their own stands and materials and must arrange adequate insurance to cover all risks, including loss, theft, fire, damage, or personal injury.
EAGE and Clarion Hotel Air will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by exhibitors, their employees, or any third party, nor for any financial loss resulting from cancellation or curtailment of the exhibition for any reason. Exhibitors are advised to take all reasonable precautions to safeguard their property at all times.
EAGE will not be liable for any financial loss incurred by the exhibitors resulting from the cancellation or curtailment of the exhibition for any reason whatsoever.
Noise Level
Exhibitors using sound-producing equipment must ensure that noise levels remain reasonable and do not exceed 60 decibels, measured at the edge of their stand. This is to prevent disturbance to neighbouring exhibitors.
Public address systems, laser shows, radio broadcasts, and any sound-based methods of attracting attention are not permitted. EAGE reserves the right to regulate or restrict sound levels at its discretion.
Exhibitors and their staff may distribute brochures, leaflets, gifts, or other promotional materials only within their own stand area. Distribution in aisles or other parts of the venue is not allowed.
Non-smoking
Smoking inside the venue is prohibited.
Security
The exhibition area is a restricted zone and can only be accessed with valid accreditation. EAGE and Clarion Hotel Air accept no liability for loss or damage to personal belongings or equipment. Exhibitors and contractors are advised to ensure they have adequate insurance coverage.
Waste Removal
All construction material and waste during the build-up and breakdown periods must be removed from the site by the stand builder/contractor after each of these periods.
Technical Information
Electricity
All on-site electrical work must be carried out by a qualified, competent person and inspected by the appointed electrical contractor prior to energising. No person other than a member of the contractor’s staff may alter or otherwise interfere with electrical installations. All wiring must comply with regulations as defined by Clarion Hotel Air.
Exhibitors should clearly indicate the position of the required power connections when submitting designs.
Participants are not permitted to switch a neighboring stand’s power on and/or off.
Construction Height
Booth Package stands must be no more than 2.5 meters in height. If a Booth Package stand exceeds 2.5 meters in height, prior approval from EAGE’s Exhibition team is required.
For Space Only the generally approved construction height is 3.5 meters, including raised floors. Stand walls or decorations cannot exceed a height of 2.5m, unless approval has been sought from the organisers.
Exceptions to this rule may be granted, provided that the neighbours have no objection, and written permission is provided by the organisers.
Flooring & Carpet
Floor Type: Atrium is polished concrete, halls are carpeted.
*No forklifts in the halls
*Only transport with rubber wheels may be used in the atrium
The floor of the exhibition hall is carpeted (dark grey). If you wish to use your own carpet, you must lay the carpet on a wooden underlay. No adhesives are to be used on permanent carpeted floors and walls. Any damage will be charged to the exhibitor.
All floor covering must be secured and maintained so that they do not cause a hazard. When you are building a raised floor please note that a disabled ramp/access is compulsory.
Freight & Delivery of Goods
The exhibitor will be responsible for the orderly conduct of deliveries and removals as well as the organization of construction and dismantling in the exhibition hall, the loading and unloading area, as well as on the public highway. EAGE has engaged Meritex International Ltd as the sole and exclusive freight forwarder and site handling agent.

Alcohol
In accordance with Norwegian laws and regulations, alcohol may only be served by the venue or hotel. Exhibitors are not permitted to distribute or serve alcohol at any time without a valid license.
Booth Management
- Stands must remain open and staffed during all exhibition opening hours, with exhibits on display.
- Canvassing or promotional activity in aisles, public areas, or outside the assigned booth space is not permitted.
- Emergency exits, exit signs, and access to technical rooms must remain clear and unobstructed at all times.
- Fire alarms, hydrants, extinguishers, and related signage must not be removed, covered, or blocked in any way.
- No part of a booth or exhibit may extend into the aisles or exceed the allocated booth boundaries.
- For shell scheme booths, all sides facing aisles must remain open; walling along these sides is not permitted.
Booth Package
The Booth Package includes:
- White-walled panels (height 2.5m) with aluminium frame;
- One electrical box (1 kW);
- A fascia with name board, including black regular lettering on the open sides of the booth, in a standard style;
- Carpet;

Note:
- It is prohibited to drive screws, nails, etc into the shell scheme panels, no wall panel may be damaged.
- The venue is carpeted (dark grey). No adhesives are to be used on permanent carpeted floors and walls. Any damage will be charged to the exhibitor,
- Your shell scheme stand will be ready for decorating on Sunday, 08 March 2026, at 20:00hrs.
- If aisles are blocked or neighboring exhibitors complain, EAGE Events B.V. reserves the right to interrupt or impose time restrictions on demonstrations, etc.
Space Only Exhibitors
All exhibitors booked as Space Only (i.e those that do not take the booth package) must submit their stand design to the EAGE Exhibition Team for review and approval no later than 16 February 2026.
Submissions should include a clear, scaled floor plan (in meters) and/or a sketch or model with accurate measurements. The submission must also state the name and address of the stand contractor.
Exhibitors who do not provide their stand design by the deadline will not be permitted to begin construction until approval has been granted.
- Atrium ceiling height: TBC
- Maximum floor load: 2 tons.
- All stand designs will be reviewed by EAGE based on, amongst others, the following:
- Raised platforms/flooring: Any platform or flooring higher than 2 cm must include a ramp for wheelchair access.
- Joint Stand Walls: Exhibitors with adjoining stands (non-island booths) must install dividing walls between their space and neighbouring stands.
- 50 cm Inward Wall Rule: Walls facing aisles must be set back at least 50 cm from the aisle edge; walling directly on the aisle is not permitted.
- Overhang: No part of a stand or exhibit may extend into aisles or beyond the rented booth boundaries.
- Rigging: Not permitted at this venue.
- Height Restriction: Any stand element exceeding 2.5 meters requires prior approval from EAGE Exhibition Team during the stand design approval process.

“DIG2026 [Space/Booth Number] [Company Name] – Stand Drawing Approval.” - EAGE and Clarion Hotel Air reserve the right to stop any building work that does not comply with these rules and regulations.
- Space Only exhibitors will receive floor space ONLY—no walls, fascia boards, or carpet are provided.
- Any wall or exhibit higher than 2.5 meters with visible, unfinished sides must be finished to a professional standard.
- It is strictly prohibited to use or attach materials to the walls of adjacent stands.
- Multi-storey stands are not permitted.
- The exhibition hall is carpeted in dark grey. Exhibitors using their own carpet must lay it on a wooden underlay. The use of adhesives on permanent carpets or walls is prohibited. Any damage caused will be charged to the exhibitor.
Island Stands
Island stands are open on all sides. Walling along the aisles is not permitted. When designing this type of stand, please ensure that sightlines to neighbouring stands and the overall exhibition remain unobstructed. The max height is 2.5 meters, including raised platforms.
50 cm inward wall rule: Any solid wall must be set back at least 50 cm from the aisle.
Corner/Peninsula Stands
Corner or peninsula stands are open on two or three sides. Walling along the aisle sides is not permitted. Designs must ensure that visibility of adjacent stands and the exhibition area is not obstructed.

In-line Stands
In-line stands are open on one side only. Walling along the aisle side is not permitted, and designs should maintain open visibility to neighbouring stands and the exhibition space.

EAGE and Clarion Hotel Air reserve the right to halt construction at any time if a stand fails to comply with these rules or the general exhibition regulations.
No sub-contractors or stand builders may begin work until the EAGE Exhibition Team has reviewed and approved the stand design and layout plan.

Construction/Dismantling during Exhibition
No construction, modification, or dismantling of stands or interiors is permitted during the exhibition period — from 08:30, 9 March 2026 to 17:30, 11 March 2026.
Dismantling may take place on Wednesday, 11 March 2026, between 17:00 and 22:00.
At the end of the dismantling period, exhibitors must ensure their stand space is clean, clear of materials, and free of adhesive tape. Any additional cleaning or repair costs resulting from damage will be charged to the exhibitor.

Rigging
Important Information
Please be advised that no rigging is allowed at this venue.
Starting in 2024, EAGE has moved from the Exhibitor Voucher and Guest Pass system of previous years to a new system that distributes three types of Exhibitor registration types based on the sqm of your purchased booth package/space only space.
These fixed registration types are not meant to operate as vouchers and as such can not be exchanged or combined to upgrade to another registration type.
